Details
  • Composition of a package

    2 door handles
    2 nylon washers
    2 decorative plates
4 white lacquered domed head wood screws
1 square of 7mm for 40mm thick door
  • Materials and finishes

Our objects are machined in solid brass of very good quality. The raw brass is slightly softened and polished mechanically.
Once sandblasted, the pieces are given a matt white lacquer finish. This paint is dried in the workshop at 80°C. Subtly powdered, this shade gives a feeling of great purity.

    What will happen over time:
The paint covers the metal surface and protects it. Do not drop the object on the ground. Do not hit it with another metallic object. Do not use an aggressive product which could attack the paint.
  • Destination

    Interior wood doors.
    Recommended lock: axis 50mm minimum.
  • Dimensions of the handle

    Height 76mm
    Width 40mm
    6mm thickness
Depth between 54mm and 61mm (depending on button selected)
  • Plate size

    Diameter 52mm
    Thickness 1.5mm
Pose
We recommend fitting the handles “blank” then marking the holes necessary for fixing the plate. Disassemble the assembly then drill the pre-holes for the screws with a suitable drill bit.
Install the plate, with the screws. In order to avoid damaging the head of the screws of the decorative plates, screw gently with a suitable screwdriver.
Insert the nylon washer between the handle and the decorative plate. With the Allen key, screw the grub screw located under the handle on the split square on the countersunk side. The screw will spread the square and allow a perfect hold. When tightening, the handles must be on one side as on the other well pressed against the plate. Installation by a diligent professional is recommended.
Care guide
Use a damp and possibly soapy sponge,
Rinse then dry carefully with a soft cloth. Do not use aggressive products that could attack the paint, such as acetone, trichloroethylene, etc.
