Materials and finishes
Our objects are machined in solid brass of very good quality. The raw brass is slightly softened and polished mechanically.
Once sandblasted, the parts receive a satin-like black lacquer finish. This paint is dried in the workshop at 80°C.
What will happen over time:
The paint covers the metal surface and protects it. Do not drop the object on the ground. Do not hit it with another metal object. Do not use an aggressive product which could attack the paint.

Pose
We recommend positioning the assembly "blank" to check the ideal position on your door. Once the hole for the button is made, install the plate then mark the holes necessary for its fixing. Dismantle the assembly then drill the pre-holes for the screws with the appropriate drill bit. Screws are provided to enable the pre-holes to be tapped and to facilitate final screwing.
Install the plate, with the finishing screws. In order to avoid damaging the head of the screws of the decorative plates, screw gently with a suitable screwdriver.
Installation by a diligent professional is recommended.
Care guide
Use a damp sponge
and possibly soaped,
rinse then dry carefully with a soft cloth. Do not use an aggressive product which could attack the varnish and the paint, such as acetone, trichlorethylene...
