All our items are carefully and protectively packaged for shipping.

Delivery is provided by UPS and COLISSIMO carriers.
The package is delivered to your home against signature.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the package.

FRANCE: 1 to 2 working days.
EUROPE: 3 to 7 working days.
OUTSIDE EUROPE: 5 to 10 working days.

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we have shipped your order. Use this link to track your order.
>> For all deliveries in EU:
Value added tax is automatically calculated according to the destination country, and included in the order total.
>> For all deliveries outside the EU:
All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by bonnemazou-cambus, nor included in the order total.
So you will have to pay the customs taxes of your country. They will be requested by the delivery company (UPS).
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Buyer undertakes to notify bonnemazou-cambus, by any means, of any reservations within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
bonnemazou-cambus does not guarantee that all items shown will be in stock at the time of your order. If an item is not available for any reason, bonnemazou-cambus will contact you by email.
